Turning Data into Wealth (TDW) Teaching Group (TG) meets every third Thrusday of the month around 7 pm in an informal setting to: teach, relax, reflect and trade software, data, and information. TDW believes in the adages:
a. True Wealth is created when you Fish, Farm Data,
b. Data is supreme and metadata rules; and
c. How you manage data determines success.
Openings are available for GIS enthusiast who are interested in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and would like to network for: teaching, trading data, design, built more efficient/robust Open Source Geospatial Databases (OSGD) with focus on commodities. TDW invites you to come and see for yourself, as our guest, you will meet dedicated members of Geospatial community. TDW TG takes pride in their ability to: gather, store, collate, query, retrieve, analyze, interpret and trade data using Free Open Source Software (FOSS). Come network with us or fill in your skill gap! The ability to streamline the structure, influence, control and flow of Geospatial Data is more lucrative then producing or moving the commodity.
